Your User ID & Password
- Students:
- HCC student:
- Your User ID is: your first initial, up to 7 letters of your last name, and the last 4 digits of your student ID (e.g. jdoe1234).
- Your Password: Your six-digit birth date, in mmddyy format (e.g. 122659).
- PGCC student:
- Contact your instructor to obtain User ID and Password.
- You're allowed to access only E-Reserves.
- Faculty, Adjunct & Staff: Use your HCC email account login.

Access and Use Responsibilities:
HCC Library electronic resources  are library subscriptions that are
accessible only from the Howard Community College network or from
an Internet Service Provider using the library proxy server.
Access and use is restricted by license agreements to
the purposes of research, teaching, and private study by
current HCC faculty, staff, and students. The following are
strictly prohibited: all commercial use; copying or tampering
with any software code used to display and/or run the
resources; systematic downloading, copying or distributing
of information; and
removing or altering copyright notices. Misuse of these
recourses violates the terms of our license agreements.
Violation of a licensing agreement could result in termination
of the resource to the entire campus community.
